Blind people face a lot of difficulties in their daily routines.One among them is monetary detection and transactions.They are unable to detect currency notes due to similarity of paper texture and size . Considering this situation, we created an app called "Notepal" that helps them detect money . This application would help visually challenged persons in a way that when they place the note under the camera, it scans the note and tell the user, the denomination of the note in the form of voice signals. This project uses text to speech conversion technology to convert the text output into speech signals so that user can understand the denomination of the note, and uses ML classification techniques to detect currency.
